The Lady Thrashers placed 3rd out of four teams at the First Annual Steel City Shootout in Pittsburgh, PA.

    Shannon Caryll (D) and Kaysie Strang (C) of the Pittsburgh Puffins joined the Thrashers for the tournament.

    Jet Harris sustained an injury to the knee in the game against the Flames. It is an MCL injury, but the prognosis is good and she hopes to be back on the ice in September.
